"Namaste" - in a broad sense, it means: “The Divine in me greets and unites with the divine in you” - that is, respectful admiration and glorification of the Most High, the divine essence of the universe, a part of which is man, the recognition of the unity and eternal spirituality of everything that exists, according to existing traditions.
I want to say that Namaste is not just a gesture, it is a mysterious spiritual symbol. We don’t know when he appeared, but one thing is for sure - the people who invented, created or learned from God were great sages of antiquity. And this gesture is one of the most powerful wise on planet Earth.

This year I became interested in herbs, started growing them, making medicinal teas, and using them for hair masks, I ate herbs such as rosemary, lemongrass, basil, lavender, and when they bloomed I decided to paint them on canvas.
