About my activities as a painter
Through my study of the painter Tsuguharu Fujita, I have been looking at the interface between the painter and society in the present day, and creating works based on the themes I find there. His recent main motifs are cats and dogs, which have been his trademark, and they are not only beloved companions for us humans, but also sometimes seen as mirrors reflecting various problems of modern society. I hope that by depicting cats and dogs, I can heal the hearts of many people, and that this will inspire as many people as possible to take an interest in art.
Also, Tsuguharu Fujita was a painter who was actively involved in supporting orphans in France. Following Fujita's example, I am donating a portion of the proceeds from my artworks to children in need of support due to the effects of conflict.
