This picture is a slight paradox. On the steps going into the sky, with a sad face and a thoughtful look, sits an old man, and next to him stands a fashionable red women's shoe. We see a continuation of the fairy tale "Cinderella", in which the prince never found his love. The staircase, as it were, symbolizes change and, as it were, indicates his future path. Before the extinct gaze of the old Prince, his whole life flashes by, with his mistakes and achievements, with successes and failures. And most importantly, we see his sadness over lost love.
