Reinhard Gammenthaler born May 9, 1953) - a yoga adept and teacher from Switzerland, a student of Indian yogin Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari, who was a follower of the great clairvoyant and holy yogin Sri Maharishi Karthikeyan. He is the author of the book Kundalini yoga parampara: the living tradition of kundalini yoga, extensive work on the philosophy and practice of hatha yoga. He has been practicing yoga since 1979, following the teachings of his guru. In 2002, he began teaching yoga and founded a school of traditional hatha or kundalini yoga in his hometown of Bern (Switzerland).
For me, he is the embodiment of masculinity and the sayings of spirit. The human being is not perfect, but he was able to overcome the lowly qualities of his being and became a teacher for many.
Such examples allow us to choose a better life. Despite the difficulties, overcome obstacles and strive for rebirth.
