The oil painting before you shows early autumn. I, with the whole palette of colors inherent in this time of year, emphasized the brightness of nature, displaying in the landscape not only a sunny day, but also colorful leaves on trees and bushes, reflected in the river. This painting is bright and picturesque, it can become both a bright spot in the interior and a window overlooking wildlife.
The Nooksack River runs through our area. Last fall I took some pictures of this river and then painted this landscape.
In order to emphasize the volume of foliage on trees, shrubs and river rocks, I used multi-layered strokes of acrylic paint and then covered with oil paint.
This landscape will remind you how beautiful autumn is.
The picture is written in the genre of realism. It will be a gift for real aesthetes who love bright colors and detailed plots. Here you can see the foliage, thin trees in the background and the touches of the passing summer.
