The canvases I paint, in pure cotton and linen, are prepared by me by hand and mounted on a wooden frame. According to the needs regarding the artwork, I choose the type of canvas and the thickness of the support.
I often go to Sardinia, an Italian Island famous all over the world for its crystal clear and turquoise sea. I work as a painter/decorator for various 4 Star Hotels.The pink sand of the island and its transparent water, ispired this painting, where I try to blend colors in an exciting landscape. where water meets the earth.
I love oil paintig, but in this case I used gouache and oil paints very diluted with turpentine, to obtain the desired effect of fusion and lightness.
