This is what I always miss.
I know a lot of decisive and strong-willed people. But I myself am not one of them. Of course, I am able to make a decision, which I actually make several times a day. While making a decision however, I’m always in doubt, if it is correct. One may assure that this is one of the characteristics of a developed brain. I don’t know, it may be so.
What I see around myself says to me that it is not so. As a rule, people who are decisive and uncompromising are able to accomplish everything in their life quickly and without stress. On the contrary, timid and doubting persons remain on the sidelines.
As for me, I’d rather stay on my sidelines than become a determined person.
To be honest, such determination in people scares me.
