My first trip overseas was to Canada in 2006 and around this time of the year.
Here is the tale of the stunning Niagara Falls.
While I was soaking in the mesmerizing beauty of Niagara falls this couple just arrived on the scene and the man told his wife, 'Honey, let's get a picture in front of the falls'! What caught my attention was the pose for the picture. I have witnessed young couples in India striking a variety of poses for photos. However, I am staring at a couple who may be in their late seventies who have arrived alone to the tourist destination and are posing so lovingly for a photo!
In those days when the influence of internet and exposure to world culture was very basic and I had seen only the temple going old couples in India, this was an eye opener!
I am gradually getting interested more in old couples and paying attention to life at a later stage. This couple at Niagara falls happens to be a forever memory for me. Would you like to see the world through me?
