This picture originated in my kitchen in June. It shows the view of the garden. The lush creamy white flowers of the climbing rose Bobby James can be seen on the left-hand side of the picture. The rose is standing in front of the door. The view is into the garden. Along a path, orange daylilies, dark blue delphinium, pale pink foxglove, white, light blue and magenta cranesbill bloom in a bed of perennials. The picture shows a peaceful, sunny summer's day. The canvas is hand-stretched, primed four times and fitted with a steel wire for hanging. The edges are painted. The picture can be hung directly. My signature is on the front.
