Description

I painted this view from the bus when I traveled from Kanazawa to Niigata. I had never been to this place before, so it was new to me, and I was looking out of the window at the passing scenery.

Concept

I am engaged in on-site production and research of paintings under the theme of "multiple realities. Through thorough on-site production that involves observation of reality, constant changes in reality - communication with others, influences from the environment, etc. - act on my realism, and the expression of painting itself changes. I call this change "disintegration" and enjoy it as an aesthetic for the expression of realism to become pluralistic. This could be seen as a mere failure, but I believe it to be the germ of the development of a new pictorial expression.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
