Description

This is one of Zakhar’s “non-existent” landscapes – places and moments that do not exist in reality and come purely from the artist’s imagination. Most people find this painting to be abstract, but it is not just a combination of chaotic lines and colours. In this painting the artist created a collage of various places, times, and seasons. The artwork combines sunset, morning, and middle of the day at the same time... As if you take a film, choose frames you like and put them all on the screen at once.

The artwork is in private collection, but the artist is open for commissions and may repeat the artwork if you really like it.

Concept

For me creating art is a way to discover the surrounding world, gain some experience, and a possibility to understand how I feel about various things. In my artworks I aim to express what I feel about the object, rather than how I see it. Consequently, many of my paintings are somewhere on the edge of figurative and abstract art.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
