My works are mainly painted with oil and acrylic paints on wooden panels. This time, in addition to the usual way of painting, I used some image transfers and painted a different grain of wood as the floorboard of the room with a little thicker oil paint.
Each of my works is made up of layers of motifs, but this time, by adding the thickly painted part, it gives the image of one more layer than before.
I often play video games, and I drew this work with the image of the feeling I get when I'm absorbed in a game, as if I've fallen into the game, as if the border between the game world and the real world has disappeared before my eyes.
