Mimetic Butterfly Chicks" Chimeric creatures resembling butterflies that have hatched, broken out of their eggshells, and stepped out into the outside world for the first time. The reverse side of the work is used as the front. It is framed in a thick cream-colored box.

Concept

Suiboku-ga" is composed of water and ink. Sumi ink is the final form of flame, and it is a highly accidental method of expression that occurs when it collides with the conflicting element of water. In English, chance is expressed as "chance," "accident," and "chance factor." Using the chance factor of an accident as a once-in-a-lifetime expression that only Japanese paper and sumi ink can produce, I draw clear blacks that retain the memory of water and fire. Almost all of the works are created using the reverse side of the painted object as the front side, creating a softness as if through a veil.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
