My works are created by incorporating into the artist's worldview the images of blotches and mottling that are created by accident through the application of the traditional Japanese painting technique of "tarashikomi" on paper, and by adding descriptive elements to the images. The expression of the work often shows a world beyond the artist's imagination and expands the world of the work in unexpected directions. The "fashionable" piece in this exhibition was inspired by the headphones, which happened to have a jet-black blotch around the ear. The dog is depicted as a realistic being by adding the minimum amount of necessity (depiction) to the accidental blotch. The ink marks are a collection of ink particles carried by the movement of water, and the existence of the material itself, such as the texture of the eyes, can be felt.
