Description

The bold work created with a mixture of large and small brush, was made into a traditional hanging shaft. This is the only one that was kept over 100 of other written at the same time, and it was written with the image of wrapping something important. This has been exhibited to Salon d’Automne 2013 and received a high evaluation.

Concept

Sho (書) is a Japanese calligrapher who uses Sumi ink and washi paper. She has been working on calligraphy since she was 5 years old, and has continued for more than thirty years. By combining traditional calligraphy and contemporary elements, she showcases her simple calligraphy style as contemporary artwork. She concentrates and meditates to pay attention to her mind, attitude, and language in her everyday life. Her work reflects her meditation and spirituality.

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
