I create works of art based on the beautiful nature that seems to have stopped time: the sea, land, lakes, minerals, etc. Nature is the result of a series of miracles. It is also a miracle and a coincidence that we can recognize it as beautiful. I hope that my work using such nature as a motif will give us a chance to recognize and appreciate ourselves anew. Inspired by the icefall, this work depicts the beauty and wonder of nature in all its grandeur. The icefall is formed when water freezes in the process of falling from a spring, and then water flows over it and freezes again, repeating the process. Through this painting, I want the viewer to feel the overlapping miracles and the threat of nature that keeps us alive. The long journey of water to the surface of the earth, the energy at the moment of falling, and the miraculous moment of freezing in the air. I have expressed these stillness and the energy of nature in my paintings.
