Painted Monuments.
Today, the world strives to shorten time (more accurately, more rationally) to achieve its goals.
Therefore, I would like to entrust time to painting now. As a means to achieve this, I will use clay as paint.
Soil is the accumulation of something that was once something, the embodiment of the history of this land, and a substance that has a close relationship with time (the past).
By using soil as a painting medium, I directly imprint the time of the soil onto the painting.
I call the resulting paintings "painted monuments.

By collaging multiple pairs of pieces created using the decalcomaniac technique on the canvas, there is always one half of a turn somewhere in the intricate picture.
