Linen, mineral pigments, water-dry paints, bronze powder, gesso
This is the first work in which the support is made of linen. By exploring the process by hand, you can feel the time spent in the production process.
The impetus for this work was the tremendous sense of nostalgia I felt when I saw the Ferris wheel and roller coaster at the amusement park while driving. My own last visit to an amusement park was about 15 years ago in the past, and although I had a faint memory of it, it was not properly remembered as an experience. Because of this, I was struck with nostalgia the moment I saw the amusement park.
I think everyone has such memories, so I created this work in the hope that it will make viewers feel nostalgic as well.
