Description

The work represents the mental distress of a woman who feels crushed by the physical standards imposed by society.
The work was created thinking of those moments in which a person feels lost, desperate to the point of wanting to melt, become invisible, disappear.
The work is made with acrylics and watercolors on canvas, I used this technique because the transparency of the color diluted with water gave a good idea of soft decomposition of the bodies.

Concept

Art is everything that springs from an emotion and causes as many emotions by looking at it.
I often happen to be called an artist of the soul, and that's exactly how I would describe myself. I have always thought that art must be an expression of one's soul, of one's experience, and so I try to tell through painting my life, today's society with its petty and humane background, the continuous search for love and empathy, of balance between man and nature. The paintings represent all these elements filtered through me, and at the same time they can all be reflected in them.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
