Description

Tiffani created the JELLYFISH NEBULA as a way to capture the spirit of exploration and adventure of the unexplored depths that the ocean and space offer. Every nebula she creates is one that could exist in our infinite universe and that is an idea that fuels her creativity. The Jellyfish Nebula was inspired by seeing the otherworldliness of jellyfish pulsating in a blue background at an aquarium and soon thereafter seeing a nebula with nearly identical color tones and movement, and thus an artistic idea was planted and bloomed.

As an optional free enhancement, Tiffani can install LED strips behind the painting. Bluetooth controlled, these lights elevate the piece from painting to dynamic art installation as the light color of your choice beams out from behind the painting. This system can also sync with music.

Concept

Resin is the consistency of honey before it sets. As I pour and manipulate the thick liquid resin, for a moment in time I experience, like a fleeting sunset, the beauty that the laws of physics creates on the canvas, just before it disappears and reinvents itself, settling on the final outcome of the painting. I'm both the creator of the scene and the witness to it developing on its own. Every minute as that happens is special, and never to be repeated before it changes into its final form. As a former surfer, this reminds me of lying on the board in the water and catching a glimpse of a never to be replicated moment where a small wave peaks and crests and water foams about only to disappear. I want to capture moments tied in their core to nature. Resin lets me freeze those moments in time.

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
