The work entitled "La Forêt Magique" (The Magic Forest) is created using the technique of gouache on white cardboard. Measuring 28x37 cm, it transports the viewer into a spellbinding, fairytale world. At first glance, we are immediately struck by the deep blue background, creating a mysterious, captivating atmosphere. A majestic tiger slowly advances towards us, creating palpable tension. Around him, a number of intriguing characters emerge: a young woman wearing bell-bottom pants and a brightly-colored shirt, another redheaded woman with sunglasses and a star-spangled shirt, and a third who seems to be dancing with gusto. Yellow elements add luminosity to the whole, such as a sunflower and a sun with a face. A little monkey hanging from a vine adds a playful touch to the scene, while flowers scattered here and there add a note of sweetness and poetry. All in all, "The Magic Forest" plunges us into a dreamlike world of mystery, exoticism and fantasy, inviting viewers to escape and let their imaginations run wild.
