My personal miracle is to listen to a thousand voices of ancient souls, intertwined in my hair, in flight, to remind me of a forgotten music.

This artwork is made with acrylic colors and black gesso on 100% cotton canvas. The edges are painted so the painting can be hung without frame. The surface is finished with a double layer of a water-based satin varnish, which makes it resistant to UV rays and the passage of time. The signature is present both on the left side and on the back of the canvas. The painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Concept

Painting, why? Because It is a deeply moving experience. Because the activity of thought is finally fixed and stopped in a tangible, completely personal form.

Cultivating one's creativity is like entering Alice's wonderland, where painting is following a path of upside-down images, where seeing is no longer to look but to feel.

I paint because for me it is a sort of abandonment, in which I lose track of time, have a place in my brain to look at the unfolding of a new world, never perceived before.

Portrait is the most congenial form of art to me: observe the living being in all its forms, slow down and stop to make a snapshot of the subject. I try to traslate their language on canvas.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
