This work is a spring version of going my way in yellow background. People today are living in a hurry and
living a hard life in affluent urban life.
The artist born in Seoul, a big city, views such urban life in positive and active attitude.
Everyday life and changes of urbanites are expressed simply, cleary and dynamically at
work. Influenced by Roy Lichtenstein so expressed in two-dimensional work through
simple form, vivid colors and a broad outline, etc., such everyday experience and the
social scene viewed by the artist of the same age are stories of the artist herself and
self-portraits of everyone of this age living in contemporary society changing quickly.
