This unique abstract landscape with elements of cityscape (rectangular shapes on the background somehow remind buildings) was literally made with fire! No paint or any other medium, just fire that turned the paper and cardboard into ashes.
Surprisingly, but this artwork is about hope. It shows that any disaster and destruction inevitably lead to the new beginning. Even a burned substance may turn into the new forms that are more interesting and complex then the initial material. Just like a Phoenix rising from flames, the land, towns and villages, the whole country may rise, rebuild, and get even better and stronger than it was before.
The artwork consists of burned paper and cardboard with partial lacquer coating on MDF board, framed and covered by museum quality anti-reflective glass. The artwork is ready to hang. The artwork will be shipped securely packed in a wooden box. Certificate of Authenticity is included.
