This is a painting from the "Free geometry" series in which the various geometric components play with shapes and various shades of color. In this canvas, abstractionism and geometry play together with acrylics, resin and pigments, creating a work full of contrasts, where the rigidity of lines meets impetuous disorder. On pure cotton canvas, modules created by hand in resin and painted with silver metallic pigment emerge on a burgundy background. In some places where the modules break, the background is textured and highlighted with the same silver pigment. The edges are finished with acrylic color of the same shade, so no frame is needed.
