"Terribly Blue"; A monochrome tree, cobalt blue tending towards indigo. It is painted in successive glazes, giving it contrast and softness at the same time. The work is composed of white, black and blue. The blue hues used are very rich in pigments and therefore very luminous. A painting that exudes strength and character, and even a hint of tragedy, the whole is finished in a semi-satin varnish. The edges of the canvas are painted gray/beige.
