- Artwork title - Hydrangea 8 - Artwork creation date - 2023 -Artwork statement- The language of flowers of white hydrangea is "tolerance, single-minded love." I feel the importance of accepting beings that are different from ourselves and respecting each other. When I face the deep meaning of the language of flowers while painting this work, I feel a sense of compassion and understanding grow in me. This is a work on the theme of "after the rain. The petals are decorated with raindrops. -ichirin series- There are people who have reasons not to display flowers. I am one of them. In my case, I don't display flowers for my beloved cat. It is said that there are more than 700 species of plants that are dangerous for cats. There are also those who cannot decorate with flowers because of allergies. There are also circumstances where they cannot easily go out to buy flowers. But decorating with flowers is just as relaxing as reading a book or drinking a cup of tea. We created the "ichirin" series with the hope that people will cherish such time.
