A pond in the rain, a pond in the sun, a pond illuminated by moonlight. There are many works that can be painted only in Japan, where you can feel the four seasons. Spring, when flowers are in full bloom, is beautiful, but the ponds also tell us that the season of autumn and winter, when the leaves turn red, is also precious.
