Using acrylic paint, he combines colors and forms inspired by fragments of images from everyday life with material contrasts, such as the blotting and thickness of the paint, blurring and differences in texture, and attempts to combine the various ways of handling the paint.
In this work, he focuses on the quality of colors that are not vivid, while also incorporating classical techniques that make good use of blotches and muddy colors.
This enhances the airiness and presence of simplified motifs such as plants and succeeds in creating a compact yet appealing picture plane.
Since he is conscious of the painting as a work of art, he exhibited it without a frame when he exhibited it at his own solo show. Without a frame, it is not so heavy that it can be displayed with only two pushpins.
