Using acrylic paint, he combines colors and forms inspired by fragments of images from everyday life with material contrasts, such as the blotting and thickness of the paint, blurring and differences in texture, and attempts to combine various ways of handling the paint.
In this work, he leaves the canvas unprimed and uses a contrast of materials with the heaping of paint.
It is a simple representation of botanical images such as bushes growing strong, and is therefore one of my most notable works that is both easy to look at and easy to display as an interior decoration.
I am conscious of the painting as a work of art, so I display it without a frame when I exhibit it in my own solo exhibitions. When unframed, it is not so heavy that it can be displayed with only two pushpins.
