This triptych is a walk along the Nile. Three canvases of 116 x 73 cm. each one that can be placed together or separated since they also work independently. The Nile and its surroundings hide so many wonders that they still have to be unraveled, too many mysteries and greatness that continue to amaze. A quiet felucca ride to transport you to other times. A walk that transported from one life to another better. The felucca in the second painting is linen, like the one that has preserved so much of its past. And in the background on the third canvas, blurred and disappearing the Lighthouse of Alexandria, as a symbol and reference.
The ups and downs of the water marked the life of Egypt and it is still the central axis today.
Various techniques and textures, including the sand that covers Tutancamon as when he was found, invite you to get closer and observe all the details.
