Description

This is one of the "Spring" series, which abstractly expresses the energy overflowing from deep within one's body. I painted on Kent paper with acrylic paint, and then painted patterns on top of the paint with a black pen. The color blue has various images for me, such as the sky of my hometown, the sea, and sapphire, but this time, I painted with the image of rain in particular. I feel various kinds of life in the rain. The sound of raindrops hitting the ground. The ripples of puddles. The feel of raindrops hitting the skin. I painted this image hoping to express the energy of life in my own way.

Concept

Sechichi Yoshida is a painter born in a town with a view of the sea. She expresses scenes that suddenly come to her mind when she is taking a walk, and colors that remain strongly in her memory looking back. He is particularly fond of sunsets with blue bleeding through the orange, and blues that remind him of his hometown. His intricate use of color inspired by the natural world has earned him a reputation for being unique. Although he has mainly used pen to create delicate and abstract expressions, he has recently been experimenting with bold expressions using acrylic paints.

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
