Thanks to the "sea" color, the inhabitants of Ancient Hellas considered aquamarine to be the soul of the water element. According to the beliefs of that time, the wearer enjoyed the patronage of the god Poseidon. A person under the influence of the stone was not susceptible to seasickness, had the ability to tame raging waves and could hope to return from the most distant sea voyages.
To create this work, I used texture paste, acrylic paint, gold leaf. The last layer of varnish retains color for many years and protects the painting from dust and UV rays. Ready for hanging - no additional framing is required. The ends of the drawing are painted over to match the main background of the drawing. The colors on the monitors sometimes differ and may differ from the original. It comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
