    After a trip to Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, this work emerged spontaneously. Volcanoes, rocks, piteras, prickly pears...the white light of the island...

    A landscape, passed through the filter of a dream and built on a wall marked by graffiti and the passage of time, in a big city.

    We, who are Nature but who have become something else.

    Gestural, intuitive painting, which lets things happen and relies on what appears. Taking advantage of the accident and accepting the consequences.

    The unknown, what slips through our fingers... Nature, antiquity, the earthly and the spiritual.

    Need to tell things, to leave a mark, to understand the world, which is always modern and ancient.

    Nothing matters much... Working with a lost gaze...

    Abstract painter from Alicante (Spain), passionate about art in continuous experimentation.

    "Most of my work could be defined as abstract expressionism. It is a lyrical painting, based on the work of color, texture and brushwork.

    My work tries to connect with my most primitive brain, not to think or at least not to work with very elaborate thoughts, I work quickly, with gestures, with intuition and with the music I listen to.

    The uncertainty in our personal lives and in the world is what leads me to paint and to do so through a creative process also dominated by uncertainty about the result.

    I think the theme is always the same, trying to find some certainty in a world where there is none and freely expressing very crude sensations that connect with the oldest part of my being.

    I think deep down I am very similar to a painter from 30 or 40,000 years ago."
