    Work developed through multiple layers, first very watered down and later more defined. A gestural and material painting is developed with a great complexity of stains and marks that gradually fit together as the work develops.

    The work is inspired by Neolithic cave painting motifs, also appearing elements of Nature, but at the same time the stain, dirt and random graffiti of an advertising wall in any city.

    Nature, the ancient and the urban merge in this painting full of symbolism, which communicates the need to enjoy the simple, in the midst of all the noise that accompanies us.

    "Most of my work could be defined as abstract expressionism. It is a lyrical painting, based on the work of color, texture and brushwork.

    My work tries to connect with my most primitive brain, not to think or at least not to work with very elaborate thoughts, I work quickly, with gestures, with intuition and with the music I listen to.

    The uncertainty in our personal lives and in the world is what leads me to paint and to do so through a creative process also dominated by uncertainty about the result.

    I think the theme is always the same, trying to find some certainty in a world where there is none and freely expressing very crude sensations that connect with the oldest part of my being.

    I think deep down I am very similar to a painter from 30 or 40,000 years ago."
