This picture is the first in a series "lost" that I conceived as a protest against the cruelty of the world. I wonder about human nature. What makes us who we are? Why does a person strive to destroy the world around him? Together with the viewer, I propose to find the answer to the question of how to avoid the death of our world. This work is a layered painting: first there is one layer of paper, after which I process the next sheet and apply acrylic on top. I glue the folds, which gives the work depth. It turns out a paper sculpture that penetrates through the layers and disappears again, like the death and birth of civilizations.
