This is a new attempt to "express dyeing without dyeing. Using acrylic paint and canvas, which are popular materials for paintings, the artist reproduced the unique blurring and shibori of dyeing, and incorporated many of the "advantages of dyeing" that he felt while dyeing, such as the design and coloring of a Japanese-style hanging scroll, or the fine lines of yuzen dyeing. As a dyeing enthusiast, there may be some aspects that are not as good as real dyed goods, but by expressing dyeing without dyeing, the "fading" that has been a problem with dyed goods can be solved, and this series will leave the goodness of dyeing for posterity for a long time.
