He has been creating works with sunflower motifs as the "Human species" series since the end of 2021. The theme of his works is the "in-between" between flowers and humans. The artist herself remembers that when she was a child, sunflowers were like heroes that embraced her soul and body, and she began painting sunflowers as a motif when the thoughts and scenery of that time suddenly came back to her. The countless colorful flowers in the background of the flowers represent the emotions in my heart at this very moment, memories of various events of joy, anger, sorrow, and sorrow, and are a collection of circles overlapping the daily life changing with the flow of the seasons, the greatness of nature, and the swirling energy of living things. It is a series that expresses "the miracle of being alive, and the beauty of just being alive." We are born and raised on this planet as human beings, and we leave footprints of the emotions and memories that we feel every day, just like a diary.
