What is hidden under the lowered eyelashes of a girl who is sitting at a nearby table in a cafe? She hugs a hot cup with two palms and, closing her eyes with pleasure, smiles with a corner of her lips. What is she thinking? Who is she?
A painting of the unsaid.
I often draw emotions, because I believe that it is emotions that make our life bright and unique.
Canvas, acrylic, ceresite, water-soluble ink, varnish. Texture cracks imitate mountain stones and symbolize life's difficulties, over which the soul rises. In the composition of the paint, I knead the latex, for elasticity. You can stretch the canvas over a stretcher to straighten it out. Or leave the canvas free to sag, leaving beautiful waves and play of shadow and light.
