Inner freedom does not depend on external circumstances.
As an artist, I focus on the concept and nature of physicality, the objectification of the female body.
I conceptualize the problem of physicality in my artistic practice in continuation of the history of the depiction of the nude in art.
In this painting, I deliberately avoided beauty and ideality, simplifying the image, I focused on the idea of freedom from frames and canons, overcoming existing taboos and boundaries.
Despite the taboo by society and the ambiguous attitude, the woman herself and the naked female body has always inspired artists. I was no exception, but "jokingly and ironically" replaced the women's nudity with a pear.
A pear is a symbol of true love and longevity and motherhood. Also pear symbolizes luck, favor of fortune. As a talisman, it gives the owner a charm.
The silver foil symbolizes a mirror that reflects the environment and the viewer of the painting and the imaginations and representations of what a beautiful woman should look like. Our body becomes an object, a hostage and includes disputes, considerations, manipulations, worship, prohibitions, experiments, modifications, canons, ways of self-expression.
Even if you are imposed frames and boundaries ... there is always a choice to be yourself and free !!!
