This work is from the cycle "Pre-Posters".
Cycle includes abstract paintings, formed from a multitude of different techniques and material, made on canvas, mixed media (acrylic, gouache, pencils, ballpoint pen and markers). Also I use collages with stickers, pizza boxes, flyers and pages from magazines.
The idea of cycle briefly is a kind of ironic resurrection of good old items of eighties of previous century - picture that bares name of a famous band or artist which could be hung on a wall
With an approach that is both provocative and probing, I constantly seeks to challenge the traditions of art, frequently using satire to parody the inbuilt hierarchies of artistic customs.
