She says: "At some point of the process I was unhappy about this painting, it seemed too elaborate, it was not the thing I felt about it. So I thought, okey, what's really the sun is? Just a pretty round yellowish thing above the horizon as we sometimes paint in our landscapes? No, it is the great source of energy for the whole solar system, pulsation substance which gives or the light. So, I understood that this should be conveyed to the viewer.
