Description

This artwork is a part of my "Summer of sails" series. Last summer I spent lots of my time sailing and did a lot of sketches and photographts of different marinas and regattas. Later I realised them in acrylic paintings in my studio.
The sea and the sails are for me the synonim of liberty - when you live your life freely and in harmony with the nature. I crossed five seas and this experience changed my life.
Marmaris Netsel is the biggest marine in Marmaris, the center of attraction for sailing and motor boats, a beautiful place which has its magic expeccialy at sunset.

The artwork is signed on front and back side and accompanied by the certificate of autenticity.

Concept

Did you ever noticed that the most powerful things are the simple ones? What do people look at for a long time? Not at the paintings in galleries. At sunset, at water, at fields which go beyond the horizon. The most simple things are the most complicated in fact.
Nobody counts how many leaves are on trees. But look, what show has more spectators of all social classes? The sunset.
We react to the colors, to the harmony we see and feel. Good composition, realistic colors are all right. But I would like to speak about the energy of life. Pulsation of each moment. The power we can find in ordinary things. To make a portal, a direct access to this energy. Only in the khaos new things may be born.
