Description

This is a multi panel abstract composition that consists of 6 small paintings. It is dedicated to small memories, short moments of our daily life. I invite viewer to step into silence and imagination. Gray, pink, white, turquoise and black are used in the picture.

Original abstract painting using mixed media. There is no strict sequence on how to place them, and the distance between the canvases may vary. This grouping can be hung as one piece or spaced out as necessary. The pieces are numbered on the back for the initial placement but you can do whatever you want.

The edges of each panel are painted. No framing is required.
Mixed media on stretched canvas. 15x15 cm each painting. Signed in front and back. Ready to hang. The sides are painted in white. The canvases are varnished, ready to hang, delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Concept

My name is Anna Silabrama. I was born in Riga, Latvia in the artist's family.
For me, art is an urgent need, it helps me to empathize with the world. It accompanies me throughout life, from early childhood. In Art I see a way to express myself, or rather, to find myself through painting. I am more close to the language of abstract art. Abstract artist perceives the world in a special way, he doesn't copy it, but enters into a dialogue with it.
In my floral paintings I do not set a goal to copy nature, it is important for me to divulge the mood and the fine organization of the plant. I create paintings, make copies for orders and decorative wall-painting, I also teach others to draw by leading private lessons.
Having received a classical education I have extensive experience working with different techniques such as oil and acrylic colors, watercolors, pastel, charcoal etc.
After graduating with a Master's degree from the Latvian Academy of Fine Arts in 2007, I made many solo shows and participated in numerous group exhibitions.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
