Description

This cute work depicts a koala in profile. After a firm base coat of gesso was applied and polished to create a flat surface, the work was painted not with a solid coat of paint, but with multiple layers of line dots, giving it a three-dimensional effect. The background is painted in an abstract manner using a marbling technique that mainly uses yellow, based on the cute image of koalas. We hope you can see the detailed overlapping of colors and brushstrokes, which can only be seen in the original painting. 2023 Eyes, nose, ears, etc. were added.
