I was inspired to create paintings in this style by the work of one of my favorite artists. I applied my technique to them, which I use in some landscapes. The surface with my technique is very textured, not smooth. I use a large layer of paint in some areas of the painting, and vice versa, there is an underpainting somewhere. This creates an additional element of expressiveness. All my new flower series is done in the abstraction genre. Flowers are subtle, but at the same time, they are recognizable and unlike any others. In this case, we recognize pansies. This work is the most delicate of the entire series. Each of them is individual and self-sufficient.
