I believe that Toyouke Okami was the same person as Tomiyahime, the wife of Nigihayahi, the great king of ancient Japan, or a person close to her.
Another woman who could be the model for Princess Kaguya is Princess Umashihoya.
Princess Umashihoya is the daughter of the Great King Nigihayahi.
Incidentally, she may also have been the daughter of Toyouke Okami.
It is also said that Princess Umashihoya had a child with Nigihayahi's son, Amanokaguyama, even though they were half-siblings.
