Concept

I focuse mainly on human nature, woman nature in particular. My pieces are created
spontaneously, I am lead by emotions and everyday observation. Created only with an outline ,
filled with colors and texture they blend with the background, yet they speak to us with
incredible power. The combination of illustrative and abstract styles give the work a dreamy
quality and transports our imagination into a whole other world.
I employ a range of techniques and materials including oil, acrylic, pastels, and textile, and overall
aesthetic showcase soft figures and harmonious color combinations. Also, I paint a lot in black
and white -- inspired by any number of European Art Informel and American abstractionists.
In my works, I try to show the inner world of a person, his hopes and thoughts in the context of
the problems of all mankind. I would like people to think more about the meaning of life and
values when looking at my paintings.
