This work was done at the time, when in 2021 we all thought that we were coming out of the Coronavirus epidemic.
The artist conveys in this work all the sadness, violence, impotence and helplessness of the human being under the violent and destructive weight of illness. The painting shows a man -half an idea as his inferior members are still a sketch as a graffiti on a concrete wall and the upper half fully depicted and in color, being reborn as he is vomited from the wall into the pavement. He is screaming and struggles to get away from the wet, concrete blocks that imprison him.
On the pavement, on the left, there are two yellow leaves. They remind the observer that it is Fall and soon Spring, with a new rebirth will be around. On the right, there is a sphere, that represents the whole world in its hope to move forward into the future.
