"Hortensia", Acrylic and ink on canvas. 80 cm x 60 cm

This artwork takes part of my serie " The secret gardens " painted between 2020 and 2021. A serie of paintings expressing the wildness and beauty of nature and some interesting and curious characters.

The chosen colors for this painting : Mauve, purple, violette, lavander, black, dark greens, create an elegant and mystical atmosphere.

The hortensia is a beautiful flower that grows overall in Britanny France, at the north ouest coast in front of England. Savage and beautiful at the same time. My work is based in observation of the nature, the mouvement, the texture of my goal is to represent that in an elegant and dreammy way.
